Ingredients
600 g potatoes
4 onions
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried mint
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt

Method
Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and put in greased pan. Add the chopped onion, red pepper, dried mint and salt. Pour as much water as is needed to reach halfway up the potatoes, add the oil, mix well and bake in a moderate oven until top is browned.

I Fry onion, carrot and pepper and put them in the pan with the potatoes.
