Potatoes with sausage

Ingredients
6-8 (800 g) of potatoes
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
150 g sausage
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
pepper
salt
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Half of them are poured into an oiled baking dish. Top ranks sausage, cut into rings and cover with remaining potatoes. Pour over the milk and beaten eggs with flour, sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste and cook until browned.

Tasty is very even, but the second time I have prepared this recipe and added shredded cheese. I personally like it more so!

I think it will be more delicious if you add fried onions and tomatoes.
