200 g smoked brisket
200 g pork
200 g sausage
200 g smoked feta cheese
500 g onion
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
500 g bread dough
2 sprigs parsley

Method
Chopped onion stew in some of the fat and added to it prior stewed pork, smoked brisket and sausage. Add sliced ​​smoked feta cheese and chopped parsley. The resulting mixture is divided into 4 parts and put in gyuvechetata. Each pot was covered top and sides (instead of a lid) with 1/4 of the dough. Bake in a pre-heated to 200-250 C oven for 30 minutes. While still warm turn on dough and served with a salad of your choice.
