Pretzels with brine

Ingredients
1 cup lard
2 cup brine of feta cheese
20 g yeast
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
flour

Method
The brine is dissolved yeast and baking soda. Together with the lard and flour knead soft dough which remains in the refrigerator for ten minutes. Then rolled into a sheet and cut shapes optional. Top can sprinkle with red pepper and savory spice or another. Bake in greased pan, medium heat until pink - are very fast.

How about flour poem?

Lily, now I can not tell you how much flour. Last sim rules these pretzels 2 years ago and my pass, I'm not complement the recipe. But I can give you *grandmotherly* landmark / I wrote him another time / - the dough should be soft as soft ear :)
