Pretzels with yogurt

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
egg 1
50 g sugar
100 g yogurt
little water
feta cheese
sesame or caraway - optional

Method
Of flour, sugar, salt and yogurt knead dough, adding a little water. Then rolled using a rolling pin. Gets cup and it cut circles. The feta cheese is crushed in a dish on each round and put a little feta cheese and egg white from the egg. Then the circles are screwed. In a greased baking tray and put crackers smeared with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame or caraway seeds (optional). Bake at 200 ° C until golden.
