Puff strudel

Ingredients
800 g puff pastry
4 apples
6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Method
Puff pastry thaw at room temperature. Apples are grated and mixed with sugar and cinnamon. Spread the dough and cut into rectangles. In one half is fitted on the filler and capped. The ends are pressed, and a top sectioned. Arrange in a baking dish and bake heated to 200C degrees oven.
