Pumpkin - I type

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
200 g butter
egg 1
2 cup grated pumpkin
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) cinnamon
1/2 cup (100 g) walnuts
sugar
caster sugar for sprinkling
Method
Pumpkin stew with a piece of fresh butter until soft, then cooled and mixed with chopped walnuts, cinnamon and sugar to taste. Flour, egg, vegetable oil, salt and water is cooked soft dough, which, after standing for 1 hour, divided into two parts. Spread half of the batter into a greased baking dish with butter. Spread it on the pumpkin. Is placed on top remaining dough, rolled into a sheet, and the remaining is coated with butter. Pumpkin bake until browned. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
