Rassolnik with liver and millet

Ingredients
150 g chicken livers
3 potatoes
1 large carrot
1 onion
3 pickles
1 cup brine from the pickles
100 g millet
2-3 Allspice
bay leaf
parsley
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Livers are cleaned, washed and boiled in 1.5 liters of water for about 15 minutes. Remove. In broth put potatoes, diced. After about 10 minutes, add the washed millet and cucumbers, diced. Boil until ready with allspice and bay leaf. During this time in a frying pan fry the chopped onion and carrot, grated or chopped straw. Pour in the soup together with the juice of cucumbers.
