Ingredients
1/4 cup walnuts (or other nuts)
6 tbsp hemp seed (decorticated)
1/4 cup soaked and dried dried goji berries
(you and other dried fruits such as figs, apricots, etc.)
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbsp sesame (or linseed) seed
# Oval:
coconut, seeds, ground nuts (optional)

Method
All products are mixed and ground to obtain a sticky mixture. If the mixture is too dry, you can add 1-2 tbsp liquid (eg water, fruit juice, milk). The blend pellets are formed that (optional) may be rolled in coconut, ground nuts or seeds. From this proportion came to me 12 chocolates. Chocolates are healthy, nutritious and calorie.
