Red lentils with whole tomatoes and potatoes

1/3 cup sunflower oil
3-4 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 stalk leek
2-3 carrots
3-4 large potatoes
250-300 g red lentils
7-8 small tomatoes canned
1 pinch dried mint, dried celery, dried parsley

In a saucepan pour the fat, then fry (optional - choking) garlic and onions. Add the carrots, which also stew a few minutes. Potatoes are cut into small cubes and add to the pan with 3 cups water. After the boil, pour well washed and cleaned red lentils along with 2 cups water. After the lentils is povryala 5 minutes, put the tomatoes (if larger, cut in halves), add seasoning and add salt to taste. Boil for 5 minutes, then the dish is ready. The taste of this recipe is very suitable for soup. Passaged after full mode, it can be served with a slice of lemon.
