Risotto with mozzarella

Ingredients
150 g mozzarella
150 g grated cheese
2 cup rice
1 cube chicken broth
1 bunch green onions
1 sprig fresh garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
salt, tarragon
200 g bacon optional
50 g butter
Method
Onions, garlic and rice fry in the butter. Add 6 cups hot water with her broth, salt and tarragon to taste. Boil until ready. Mozzarella and 2/3 of the cheese is carefully added with stirring. Cover the dish with a lid and leave to cook on stove off. After 10 minutes bacon ranks on top, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, parsley. Capped again for 5 minutes and the dish is ready to serve. If you do not add bacon can be served as a vegetarian dish as a garnish or as different meats.
