Roast beef with salo

Ingredients
500 g of beef fillet
100 g salo
3 small heads onion
piece of bay leaf
1/2 cup (100 ml) dry white wine
thyme
2 sprigs parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Meat add salt, sprinkle with black pepper, wrapped in thin slices of salo, tied with white thread, add other products bay with a little water and bake in a low oven until soft.
