Roasted dolmas with sauce

# For the filling:
400 g minced meat
a pinch of celery and savory Ronen
2 drops of soy sauce
150 g rice
1 carrot
cabbage leaves sour cabbage
# For tray:
1 cup rice
1 tbsp spinach (frozen)
1 carrot
pinch celery
chopped cabbage leaves residues
1 tbsp flour
2 eggs
250 g yogurt

Into a suitable container for frying mix the minced meat with rice , add 1 cup water, grated carrot and spices, put on low heat to boil until the rice absorb water, stir often. Stuffing leave it to cool. Then with cabbage leaves rolled dolmas. On the products in the tray at the bottom of the tray in which you will bake the dolmas put rice, grated carrot, 1 and 1/2 cup water celery, chopped residues cabbage leaves and spinach. Mix and arrange them on tight dolmas. If you have left the dolmas stuffed spread of free space in the tray on rice. Bake until constipation nice cabbage leaves on the dolmas. Remove and pour the topping, return in the oven while baking topping. * If minced meat is-vegan, add a little sunflower oil, so as not to get dry - rice bear fat.

Very tasty sounds and pictures are wonderful.

I make them in this way because my husband loves Sarmite more meat, and the child prefers more rice.

Thank you very much for this recipe, 2 days ago I made them and baking pan ate almost in one breath :) and we are only two, are scary.

Great recipe! I added a packet of raisins and 1 cube mushroom broth in the stuffing. TOPPING could be and beshamelov sauce.
