Ingredients
1 kg mince mixture
salt, cumin, black pepper, spices of your choice
1 egg for egg wash
# For the filling:
300 g cheese
300 g mushrooms
6 boiled eggs
# For dough:
10 g of dry yeast
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 egg
500-600 g flour
Method
Minced meat is kneaded with spices. Split into two rolls stuffed with eggs, mushrooms and cheese. Kneads dough from the products and 1 cup hot water, which rises 40-50 minutes.
