Ingredients
4 chicken
4 slices ham
4 pieces of cheese
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
100 ml dry white wine
mustard to taste
pepper, salt
Method
Shear fillets length without interrupting, dissolve, lightly crushed, coated with mustard, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. On each fillet put a slice of ham, about the size of the fillet and slice cheese. Fillets are rolled into rolls and fastened with wooden sticks. Rolled in flour and fry in the butter. Add the wine and stew over medium heat about 20 minutes.
