Roll of ham and cheese with mayonnaise

Ingredients
400 g cheese
100 g of sausage or ham
100 g mayonnaise
3-4 pickles
100 g canned peas
1 egg
tomatoes
pepper
Method
Cheese is wrapped in gauze and immersed for 10 minutes in boiling water. While still warm, roll on cloth. Sausage, boiled egg and pickles are finely chopped, add the peas and half mayonnaise. The mixture is spread evenly on the cheese and wrapped in a roll. Put it in the fridge for two hours. Cut into slices and garnish with slices of tomatoes, pepper and a web of mayonnaise.

I forgot to photograph him :) but it was very tasty. I put mushrooms (well drained) and corn.
