Rolls carp

Ingredients
4 fillets of fish carp
4 carrots
seasoning for fish
salt, pepper
mayonnaise
marinated mushrooms
olives
flour
sunflower oil
1 lemon
Method
Fillets are rubbed with spices Crushed slightly and wrap on each carrot. Tied with thread and rolled in flour. Fry until ready in sunflower oil. Leave to cool and carefully remove the thread and carrots, so as not to spoil the form of blinds. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, chopped carrots, mushrooms and olives, stir well and this mixture is filled roller. Serve with a slice of lemon.

I liked to try it, the more that we are fans of the fish. I think that with another fillet happens that carp have bones :)
