Round banitsa pumpkin

Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 (1 kg) pumpkin
125 g butter
1/2 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs
cinnamon
# For the syrup:
2 and 1/2 tea cup (500 ml) of water
2 cup (400 g) sugar
Method
Of flour, a little water and salt dough is prepared for sharpening. Pumpkin Peel, grate on large grater and vegetable stew in butter, then mixed with cinnamon and bread crumbs. The dough is rolled leaves that scatter the melted butter. On each sheet is placed on the filling. The leaves are rolled up with a clean tissue and placed in a circle in the baking pan, pre-oiled.
