Ingredients
Chapter 1 (1 kg) cauliflower
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
1/4 bunch parsley
salt
vinegar
Method
Cauliflower clean from leaves sheath, placed in the boiling salted water and boiled until soft. Drained and broken into florets. Watered with herbal butter and vinegar to taste. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
