Ingredients
4 eggs
4 potatoes
2 green peppers
4 tbsp mayonnaise
salt
pepper

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes. Confused with mayonnaise and seasoned with salt and pepper. In the middle of the serving dish Pour potatoes around them put the pieces of the chopped pepper. Eggs are cut into slices, as the yolk is separated and crushed on potatoes. Egg whites ranked side in a circle like a flower.
