Salad with peppers and yogurt

Ingredients
500 g roasted peppers
400 g yogurt
60 g walnuts
1 onion
oil
basil
pepper
salt
Method
Cut peppers into larger pieces and allowed to drain. Grate the onion is grater. In a deep dish Strain basil, onion and olive oil. Add well drained yogurt, salt and pepper. Again passaged. To the resulting mixture, peppers and crushed walnuts. The salad is served well chilled. Instead of onions can put garlic and parsley. To add yogurt cottage cheese and cream. In the passage can add a green chili pepper for spice.
