Ingredients
300 g smoked perch
300 g cooked, pickled or cleaned mussels
1 large red apple
middle leaves of lettuce
200 g processed cheese
6 tsp lemon juice
pinch of sugar
white pepper
Method
Smoked fish is cleaned of skin and bones and broken into pieces. The mussels were placed in a strainer to drain well. Apple is cleaned of seeds and cut into thin slices. Half apple was mixed with the fish. With the washed leaves of salad covered plateau, which will be served salad. On them shall be distributed mix of fish and mussels on them and processed cheese, which has previously cream with lemon juice, sugar and pepper. Decorate with the rest of the apple and herbs.
