Sauce with onions and mustard

Ingredients
3 onions
30 g butter
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup sauce of roasted
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tbsp mustard
pinch of sugar
pepper
salt
Method
The butter is heated and stew finely chopped onion to a light brown color. Pour the wine and boil until it evaporates 1/3 volume. Add sauce of roasted, tomato juice and pepper. Boiling was continued for 10 minutes. Sauce retired from heat and strain through a thick sieve. Season to taste with salt and he added sugar and mustard sauce in a little fuzzy.
