Sauerkraut soup with rice

Ingredients
1/2 sour cabbage
1 stalk leek
1/3 cup Rice
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
vinegar
savory
Method
Cabbage cut into very thin strips, pour 8 cups water and boil until soft. Chopped leek stew in fat. Add flour and after pozaparzhi is put paprika. Roux pour in the cabbage, add the rice and soup dovaryava. Serve cold, seasoned with herbs and vinegar.
