Ingredients
250 g minced meat mixture
2 potatoes
3 eggs
2 onions
1 cup ground walnuts
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
2-3 sprigs of parsley
1 cup fresh (maybe sour) milk
1 slice bread
Method
Potatoes and onions are grinded. Bread soaked in milk to soften. All products are kneaded and using a spoon is taken from the mixture placed in the heated sunflower oil and pressed to form schnitzel.
