Ingredients
1 cup sunflower oil
2 cup semolina
4 cup Water
4 cup sugar
2 cup peeled almonds
cinnamon
Method
Preheat the oil and add the semolina. Stir until turn yellow. Pull the pan from the heat. Put to boil water with 2 cups of sugar and bring to the boil Pour into semolina by continuing to stir. Confuse the other 2 cups sugar with almonds and add them to the mixture. Pour into a pan or in mono krem- caramel. Optional sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with bademche. * Halvata is one of the desserts during Lent.
