1/4 cup Sesame
4-5 dates
1 cup filtered water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 heaped tbsp tahini

Method
Wash sesame and soak for several hours or for an evening. Soak the dates in the filtered water. Drain and sesame stir it in a blender along with the dates and filtered water. Try and if needed add 1-2 dates or a little honey. Add salt, cinnamon and Tahan. Beat well.
