Ingredients
1 kg of fish, herring, hake, blue fish or other fish
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 lemon
1 onion
salt
pepper
1 cup Tartar sauce
Method
Diced fillets of fish are seasoned with salt and pepper and leave to cool for 30 minutes. Strung on skewers, as between each piece of fish, put a circle of lemon and onion. Satay is smeared with sunflower oil and bake in a hot BBQ. Serve with salad season and separately served Tartar sauce.
