Ingredients
250 g of hard crust bread
1 large onion
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
1-2 eggs
1 tsp (5 g) salt
paprika
parsley
Method
Fat becomes heated. Fry the chopped onion with parsley and sliced ​​crusty bread, make up slightly more than 1 liter of water. Season with salt and pepper. Eggs broken with 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water and pour in the boiling soup.
