Soup with broccoli, rice and bacon

Ingredients
1 head broccoli (300-400 g)
1 onion
100 g bacon
100 g rice
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cube chicken bouillon
salt

Method
In a saucepan melting butter, heating up oil and fry for 3-4 minutes chopped onion and bacon, diced. Stir constantly, add the rice and broccoli, broken into florets. Pour 1.5-2 liters of hot water. Add salt and add chicken bouillon cube and boil until ready. * I used frozen broccoli.

Just to say that I added and carrot with onion and bacon :) The soup is very tasty, you will not regret it if you try it
