Soup * Improvisation *

300 g chicken fillet
200 g mushrooms mushrooms
2 stalks green light
5-6 cloves garlic
4-5 carrots
1 kg potatoes
100 g raw cashew Indian
50 g butter
3-4 tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper

Clean the vegetables for the soup, cut them into pieces and boil them in water with the butter. Blend to a smooth cream. Dilute with much water as their own judge. Mix the cream with a mixer and pour it into the soup. Boil it all again and Salt. Bake the nuts in a dry pan and remove it in a bowl. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry for a few minutes in olive oil. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the chicken. Cook another 1-2 minutes. and remove the meat with cashews. In the same pan put the chopped mushrooms and bake them. Do not add more fat. Let the mushrooms more constipation than fried. The aroma is so much nicer. Finally collect all the ingredients in the pan and sprinkle with a little basil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the soup in the middle of each plate put 2 tablespoons of meat.
