3 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) semolina
100 g feta cheese
1.5 l strong meat bouillon
salt
nutmeg
Method
Eggs mixed with semolina, grated feta cheese, spices and one ladle of broth. Other broth to the boil and the mixture was poured. In this fight vigorously with wire so as not to cross the egg and the feta cheese. The soup must boil 4-5 minutes while stirring on low heat completely.
