Ingredients
1 compote of your choice
60 g starch
4 tbsp sugar
100 ml water
12 tea biscuits

Method
Fruits of the compote drain the juice. The juice is put to boil with sugar. The starch was dissolved in water and added in a thin stream to the juice. Boil to thicken. On the walls of bowls or cups rank 3 cookies, and in the middle put fruit compote and pour acid.

remembered for sour when my daughter was a baby and I took from the dairy kitchen eating, but she ate sweet kiselcheto :)
