Sour Pumpkin

Ingredients
800 g pumpkin
500 ml milk
50 g sugar
30 g starch
1 vanilla
Method
Pumpkin Grate the onion grater. Starch was dissolved in boiled and cooled milk. Put it on to boil, add sugar and vanilla. After the boil, add the pumpkin. Boil while stirring for 5-6 minutes. Spilling into bowls and cool. Serve with the juice of raspberries or strawberries.
