Sour of sterilized compote

Ingredients
800 g sterilized sauce of your choice (1 jar)
400 ml milk
150 g sugar
200 ml water
starch 10-15 g per cup of total liquid (syrup of compote, milk and water)

Method
Drain the syrup of sterilized compost and mix it with milk and sugar. The resulting mixture put on the fire to boil. Add starch, diffused in water and stir to not burn. Once the mixture boils, continue to boil 4-5 minutes. Remove from fire, acid and poured into cups or bowls. Serve it cold, garnished with fruit compote.
