Spaghetti Niki

Ingredients
300 g spaghetti
100 g prosciutto crudo or larded salami
50 ml cream
1 egg
30 g butter
30 ml olive oil
50 g feta cheese Parmesan
basil
Method
Boil the spaghetti in salted water and squeeze them. While boiled spaghetti sauce do in the following way - in a deep frying pan put the butter, olive oil and chopped prosciutto into small cubes, to fry for 3 minutes. Add the cream and cook another 3 minutes. Put the drained pasta with egg and grated parmesan cheese in the pan, and stir vigorously. Optional add basil and a little cayenne pepper powder.
