Spanakovoorizova layered cake with topping

Ingredients
1 cup Rice
500 g spinach
1 onion
1 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic
2 tomatoes grated
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
pepper, salt
sunflower oil

Method
Rice stew with onions and garlic. Add the spinach, add some salt and then soften add the red pepper and grated tomatoes. Stir and add the pepper. Pour 3 cups hot water and poured it into the baking tin. Put to bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare topping 2 eggs, yoghurt, in which we have added baking soda, and add 4 tbsp flour and a pinch of salt. So stirred mixture, divide in two. With one half and pour the finished cake back in the oven until a golden crust. When ready, the cake turns more pan with removable bottom and pour remaining mixture. Back in the oven to brown, until golden. Leave to cool, get out of the ring and the decoration is to your liking.

I'm glad you like it. Can flood with yogurt sauce (Mix yogurt, 1 l. Mayonnaise, a little garlic, salt).
