Spicy fish fillets in the oven

Ingredients
fish fillet
flour or starch
sunflower oil or olive oil
soy sauce
spices - oregano, paprika, black pepper and salt
50 ml dry white wine
frying oil
vegetables of your choice - zucchini, carrots, peppers and other
parsley
lemon
Method
Tenderloin be washed under running water and dry with a soft tea towel. Rub it with a mixture made from olive oil mixed with starch, soy sauce, oregano, red and black pepper, wine. We leave in a deep dish and lidding. Stays so at least 12 hours. In court the stove heating up sunflower oil and fry it for 2-3 minutes fillet pieces. Drain fat from putting them on paper towels. Then they redim the bottom of a large stew. Optional on them can add vegetables - carrots, peppers, tomato puree or tomatoes, garlic, etc. - Pre-steamed under cover. Casseroles covered with aluminum household foil and bake at 180 C for 50 minutes. Then get out fthe oil and dopichame fillets crusted while - about 10 minutes. When serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and lemon pieces.
