Sponge cake with cottage cheese

Ingredients
250 g cottage cheese
200 g sugar
4 eggs
60 g soft butter
200 g flour
1 vanilla
3 tbsp rum
1 again. baking powder

Method
Eggs are broken with sugar until white. The cottage cheese and the butter is mixed, add rum and vanilla. Egg mixture to the cottage cheese and mix well. Add flour and baking powder and. Mix and pour into cake form. Bake at 180 C for 45 minutes.
