Sponge cake with cream caramel

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
5 eggs
150 g sugar
# For the sponge:
3 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp flour

Method
Eggs are broken well and make milk. Pour the sugar and stir until melted. On the bottom of a round cake form is caramelized sugar, poured mixture and baked in a water bath. Once the cream is baked, still hot pour Sponge dough. It is prepared by break of dense foam eggs with sugar, then carefully pour the flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Again put in the oven and bake just until the top is browned. As cool turns into a baking dish or tray and leave to cool for several hours or overnight. Sponge covered by the syrup.
