Spring rolls with vegetables

Ingredients
# For the dough:
100 g flour
pinch of salt
2 tbsp olive oil
# or
prepared filo pastry sheets
# For the filling:
200 g cabbage
1 leek
1 small head onion
100 g mushrooms
4 tbsp fresh soy sprouts
2 carrots
ginger powder
soy sauce
salt
pepper
oil
fat frying

Method
Kneaded medium hard dough, which can also prepare well by flour, salt, olive oil and water. Leave to rise for 30 minutes, then rolled into a thin crust maximum. The sheet is cut into rectangles. Instead knead dough can be prepared using filo pastry sheets. For the filling vegetables washed and cut into small pieces, grated cabbage. In a pan heat the olive oil in it and fry the vegetables for a few minutes - must remain crunchy. When remains half minutes to removing them from the heat add the soy sprouts, ginger pinch of salt and pepper. Allow the filling to cool. Insert this stuffing on rectangles of dough (or a crust of finished) and turn so as not to spill the mixture. Before I wrap up the roll, wet the edges with a little water. Add salt on top. Fry in olive oil until turn pink from all countries (Dobelle was deep fried). After subtracting put on kitchen paper to drain the fat. Can also be baked in the oven - do not put oil. Can be served inundated with little soy sauce.
