Steak Antoinette

Ingredients
1.6 kg veal
20 g salt
3 g pepper
60 g flour
150 g sunflower oil
270 g ham
320 g cheese
40 g apples
50 g butter
parsley
Method
The meat is cleaned of veins and cut into portions. They are crushed and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Breaded in flour and fry in hot sunflower oil to form a brown crust. Fried steaks are placed in a fireproof container, oiled. On them are the apple slices, slices of ham and slices of cheese and a little butter. So prepared stacks are placed in a preheated oven and baked in the upper reoton. Watered with sauce of roasted and served with a side of steamed vegetables or fries. Decorate with parsley.
