Steamed green beans with garlic and vinegar

Ingredients
1.5 kg of green beans (or 1 can)
2-3 onions
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 head of garlic
2 tbsp vinegar
salt
dill or parsley for sprinkling

Method
Clean and wash green beans stew until soft with the oil, half a glass of water and chopped onion. When ready, add salt and stew for another few minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped dill (parsley) and separately served crushed garlic, diluted with vinegar, so anyone can add.
