Stew leeks and prunes

Ingredients
600 g leek
80 ml sunflower oil
200 g of prunes
20 g flour
20 g of tomato paste
1 tsp red pepper
pepper
1 tsp sugar
salt

Method
Cut the leek into small pieces and stew in the oil to yellowing. Add alternately flour, tomato paste, red pepper and salt. Washed prunes previously flooded with boiling water and allowed to swell. In the dish add a little water in which they soak. Boil until ready. Add sugar and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with pickle.
