Ingredients
400 g cleaned and cooked snails
5-6 roasted red peppers and oobeleni
3 large ripe tomatoes
2-3 small zucchini
2-3 onions (large)
3-4 heads of garlic
1/3 cup sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp savory
1 tsp pepper
2-3 tbsp dark soy sauce

coriander
dzhindzhinfil
Method
Snails are cut into small pieces and fry in heated sunflower oil. Add sliced ​​into thin strips zucchini and onion mixture and fry for 5-6 minutes. Add chopped peppers into strips and fry again for 5-6 minutes. Add peeled and diced tomatoes and cook the dish to stay fat. Add spices and off the fire.
