Ingredients
400 g cleaned and cooked snails
5-6 roasted red peppers and oobeleni
3 large ripe tomatoes
2-3 small zucchini
2-3 onions (large)
3-4 heads of garlic
1/3 cup sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp savory
1 tsp pepper
2-3 tbsp dark soy sauce

coriander
dzhindzhinfil
Method
Snails are cut into small pieces and fry in heated sunflower oil. Add sliced into thin strips zucchini and onion mixture and fry for 5-6 minutes. Add chopped peppers into strips and fry again for 5-6 minutes. Add peeled and diced tomatoes and cook the dish to stay fat. Add spices and off the fire.
