Method
Washed and cleaned accordingly processed fruit - sliced, diced, grated or remain intact. The finished wafers are distributed in two, and both are sprinkled with sunflower oil. Shtrudelat bake in preheated oven at about 180 C. cool sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla. * Shtrudelat can be made with any fruit in the ratio according to taste: apples, pears quinces, peaches, apricots, plums, grapes, pumpkins and others. Depending on the sweetness of the fruit, the sugar can be reduced or increased.
