Ingredients
1 large chicken
leaves sauerkraut dolmas - optional numbers
300 g minced meat or minced meat pork
3-4 tbsp rice stuffing
1 large onion
1 tbsp savory and black pepper
Method
In skillet stew stuffing for the dolmas - chopped onion, finely chopped pork, rice, savory and pepper. Shrinking as 20 dolmas and cook until the rice is tender. Chicken is filled with the dolmas and sutured. Top greased with butter chicken pepper and a little paprika. If you remain dolmas rank around the chicken. Pour 1 small glass of water. Bake in clay casseroles in the oven until the chicken is browned. Clay stew put in cold oven.
