Ingredients
10 eggs
100 g mushrooms
1 small onion
20 g butter
2 tbsp mayonnaise
salt
pepper
paprika
Method
Hard boiled eggs are cut lengthwise in half. Chop the mushrooms and cut into small pieces and sauté in the butter. Leave to cool. Add to powdered egg yolks, mayonnaise and spices. Mix well. With syringe filled egg white half.
