Stuffed eggs with cottage cheese

Ingredients
150 g cottage cheese
4 eggs
40 ml milk
20 g butter or margarine
2 sprigs parsley
salt
paprika

Method
Hard boiled eggs peel and cut into two. Remove yolks. Blend cottage cheese is mixed with milk and the butter, add the smashed egg yolks, salt and pepper. To this mixture was filled half of the eggs. Top is decorated with parsley.
