Ingredients
1 kg large potatoes
200 g rice
2 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
1 cup (200 ml) sunflower oil
1 bunch of onion
salt

Method
Peel the potatoes, carve and bottom trimmed to stand stable (like bowls). Rice stew in a little water, add salt, tomato paste and the oil and the mixture is filled potatoes. Arranged in a saucepan and pour in half with hot water. Add a little sunflower oil. Chopped onion sprinkled on potatoes, add salt and stew on low heat about 30 minutes.
